Esports and media group FaZe Clan acquired a stake in New York-based dietary dietary supplements firm CTRL Holdings LLC. The funding marks FaZe’s first time taking a co-owner place with one other model. Monetary particulars of the deal weren’t disclosed.
CTRL, which stands for Catered to Actual Life, was based by Main League Gaming co-founder Sundance DiGiovanni, former skilled gamer and Group Envyus founder Skyler Johnson, and leisure govt and legal professional Glenn Delgado, who beforehand served as normal counsel for Main League Gaming. The model sells a line of powdered meal alternative shakes.
As a part of its co-ownership, FaZe Clan will help CTRL with its advertising sources and be concerned in guiding the model’s route. Moreover, each corporations will collaborate on creating new flavors for his or her meal alternative shakes.
