Seoul-based esports group Absolute Energy eSports (APE) introduced a multi-year strategic partnership settlement with the Pittsburgh Knights. APE and the Knights signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in June to create a strategic partnership and set up operations in South Korea and the USA to advertise APE’s League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) crew. The Knights introduced Thursday that it will increase its funding going ahead, “contingent upon the acquisition of the franchise spot.”
